About This Role
Event Temple is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Director of Sales to join our high-growth hotel SaaS team covering Europe. In this impactful role, you’ll drive new business with hotel groups (10-30 properties), build and manage client relationships, and own your territory with autonomy and confidence.

A Day In The Life:
- Build and manage a pipeline of hotel groups across Europe, driving new sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue goals.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hospitality.
- Lead presentations to communicate the value of our solutions.
- Independently negotiate and close contracts with clients.
- Travel regularly to meet with clients and strengthen relationships.
Core Metrics:
- Quota Attainment – Achieve or exceed revenue targets through deal closures in your territory.
- Pipeline Generation – Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Sales Cycle Progression – Guide opportunities through the Solution Selling process to close, addressing client needs.
- Account Expansion – Identify upsell opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years as a Hotel Regional Director or Director of Sales, with proven revenue success.
- Strong background in outbound sales within the hospitality sector.
- Skilled in Sales and Catering software, with a deep knowledge of the hotel industry.

- Fluency in German and English.
