Your Role
As our Customer Success Manager, you are the voice of the customer internally and the voice of the company externally. You’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of customers. You’ll onboard, train, support, and empower clients to maximize their success with Event Temple, all while spotting new growth opportunities.

What You’ll Bring
  • Customer-Centric Builder: Craft solutions and document processes that elevate client success and streamline our systems.
  • Problem-Solver: Think creatively and proactively to resolve client issues; escalate to engineering only when needed.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Onboard new clients provide training, conduct success check-ins, and drive client satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical and strategic advice.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base, training resources, and client education materials.
  • Collaborating with team leads to support department initiatives and product updates.
Qualifications
  • Background from the hospitality industry 
  • Great system knowledge 
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Remote contractor role (invoice monthly, handle your own taxes/social fees)
